Charlotte Anderson is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters in Physiotherapy, and was awarded the Goldie Lewis Award upon graduation for the demonstration of strong personal attributes. She has undertaken ongoing professional development certifications in the areas of: nervous system mobilization, joint mobilization, manual therapy, taping and bracing and dry needling.
Charlotte has experience working in a number of different health care settings, but primarily in outpatient orthopedics, treating a wide range of conditions related to sport, work and the rigors of daily life.
Her practice at ALPHA Health Services focuses on all aspects of muscular skeletal health, including but not limited to injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, healthy aging, exercise prescription and regaining function and mobility. Trey is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and thrilled to be part of the ALPHA team as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Trey’s interest in wellness and performance began with his martial arts training early in life, where he was introduced to Shiatsu massage and Qi Gong energy techniques. Trey went on to become a level 1 Reiki practitioner and work several different careers in manual labor, truck driving, and management before coming to Massage Therapy as a second career.
Trey’s approach to treatment blends traditional Swedish techniques with elements of Thai, fascial and reflex techniques for a treatment that encourages overall mobility while addressing specific impairments and facilitating balance in the nervous system. Trey believes that effective treatment involves a balance between challenging the body’s limitations and creating a state of relaxation where healing is most effective.
When he is not in the clinic, Trey enjoys playing the piano, guitar or drums in his makeshift home studio, taking long hikes through nature, or rolling dice with friends to find dungeons and slay dragons.
